Assistant District Attorney FT:
The Niagara County District Attorney’s Office is seeking to add a motivated attorney to an existing team of 22 prosecutors. The incumbent works under the supervision of the District Attorney and higher-level assistants. Incumbents are given a wide range of autonomy in prosecuting a variety of misdemeanor and felony crimes throughout Niagara County.
The Niagara County District Attorney’s Office offers a competitive salary ranging from $71,379-$84,180, based on experience. In addition to competitive wages, the Department provides for a healthy work-life balance as well as NY State medical and retirement benefits.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of law school and current registration with the New York State Bar. Incumbents are required to be permanent residents of Niagara County within 12 months of appointment.
